5 Things to consider when choosing your wedding photographer
Lots of meetings scheduled with photographers and feeling overwhelmed? We get it! Here's 5 things to consider to help you narrow down your decision.
- Style: Look for a photographer whose style matches your vision for your wedding photos. Some photographers specialize in traditional, posed portraits, while others take a more candid and documentary approach.
- Personality: Choose a photographer who you feel comfortable working with and who you can communicate well with. You want someone who will put you at ease on your wedding day and make the photography experience enjoyable.
- Organisation/Communication: Finding a photographer who makes an active effort to make your life easier by having systems in place and being organised with their communication will really put you at ease and is probably a detail to not overlook.
- Reviews and testimonials: Look for reviews and testimonials from previous clients to get an idea of their experience working with the photographer. This can give you an idea of their level of professionalism, communication skills, and overall quality of work.
- Effort: This is probably a very subjective suggestion, however if you see them showing up for themselves and their business, there's a VERY high chance they'll be showing up with the same energy and charisma for YOU.
Happy Planning!
